CHILI was just released a few days ago and it's already earned an orange sticker on Amazon for Top New Release. It's also #1 in new releases in American Southwest Cooking.

Out of all the books I've written, this is the first one to really make a mark on launch week.

I know it's probably silly to be so excited, but to get an orange sticker on Amazon is really something special. And I'm very proud of it.

And then, to make things even better it's #1 in new releases. This is my fleeting claim to fame, because it won't stay there forever.

There will be another cookbook that bumps it, but for the moment, I can honestly say that I have a #1 new release.
